| "How sad. Neil was such a great classmate, a super officer and a wonderful family man. A big guy who never used that large-framed advantage in an adverse way-except on the fields of athletic strife. Being a little guy at WP, I remember a number of times when Neil came to my rescue and fended off the crocodiles. This was his way, not just for me but for anyone in need-not only on the Hudson, but throughout his life. Sure, he was a big guy, but people will remember him for his enormous heart. Rest in peace, Neil, your spot with the "good guys up there" was secured a long time ago." |
