Be Thou At Peace

Posted by heather Paulick on November 21, 2002:

Grandpa,
It is sad that I am only learning about the many things you did in your life after your death. I am sorry that there was not time to learn more while you were with us. I have two memories of you as my grandfather...I remember all of us going to Vero Beach and you and I were in one car and we were going to race the rest of my family to the condo. I remember looking at you as you drove and being happy, I can your face so vividly...and your fishing cap. The only other memory I have is from late 1985 or early 1986, after we had come home from Germany, you and Grandma were going past Beaufort on 95 and stopped and had breakfast with Mat, Luke, my mom, and I. I wish that there were more. I love you Grandpa...I wish that I had known you more...
