I'm honored to be one of Frank Marvin's many adopted sons. Frank was not only my academic advisor at the Air Force Academy, he and Shirleigh took me in as a member of the family. Frank set an outstanding example of how to live your life--both personal and professional. I learned a lot about how to be an Air Force officer and father from many discussions in the Marvin home. Frank and Shirleigh have continued their parenting by the Christian life that they have lived. I'm a better person because of what Frank has done for me. Norm Wells USAFA '63 |
