Be Thou At Peace
Posted by Barbara Solfaro on March 16, 1998:
Paul was like a son to me. I knew him as a cadet and followed his travels when he left here. When he told me he accepted the job as our assistant hockey coach I was absolutely thrilled. Paul was such a caring and loving person. I don't think I had ever seen him real mad, except maybe when he was on the ice playing. We had many laughs in the office and I will never forget our talks about family. He would always ask me questions about how I raised my kids and what he was doing to make his wife and kids happy. He was a good father, husband, son and brother. He did an incredible job in the office and he will be sorely missed.
I will miss you terribly and will always remember you for the beautiful person you were. My prayers are with you.
God needed an angel to help him. I loved you Paul. Barbara Solfaro
The hockey team loved him. He knew what they were going through and feeling and that's what made him so special to them.
