Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Kevin Inglin on February 24, 2003:

I was deeply saddened to hear of Adam's untimely passing and I wish to express my deepest sympathy to his family and to all who knew him. Adam was my roommate during Cadet Basic Training, commonly called "Beast Barracks," and I am forever grateful to him for his words of encouragement and positive attitude that helped me to get through that difficult summer. During "Beast" Adam talked of one day wearing the Green Beret and I knew from the beginning that he was the type of person to accomplish what he set out to do. Since graduation I had no contact with Adam, but through the grapevine I heard with no surprise that he had indeed moved along in his career into the Special Forces. I know Adam was a true soldier and loved every minute of his time in the Army. We have lost a great brother and a true fighter, I am a better person today for having had the privilege of knowning him.

God Bless,
Kevin
