Leif and I knew each other from school and he was in the same platoon and on the same tank as I was in Armor Officer's Basic Course. Leif always had the loudest voice and a smile on his face. He always kept us laughing and upbeat no matter the circumstances. May his wife and family take consolation in the fact that Leif was a devout Christian and in a much better place now than we can imagine. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Doug Noble |
