Leif and I spent 4 years singing and entertaining others in the Cadet Glee Club. I remember Leif as a true gentlemen and a friend, he was always one to make you smile. As with many others it truly was a shock to hear of his death, especially since I recently left Fort Hood. To anyone who knew Leif, he was the kind of guy who made you feel like you had been friends for years and my only regret is that I did not take the opportunity to get to know him better. Leif truly was an inspiration and I know he is using that great voice of his singing praises in Heaven. God Bless you and your family for allowing us the opportunity to spend this brief time here on earth with such a wonderful young man. 1LT Kari (Brandt) Hadley USMA 2000 |
