As First Captain and leader of our class of '51, Pat Ryan epitomized the USMA motto of Duty, Honor, Country. His service throughout his military career was exemplary - As a husband and father he fulfilled his every responsibility with dedication and love. Gerry and I will miss his throughtful presence in our lives .. Pat Ryan's loss is a great deprivation to all of us who love West Point. Roland Tausch |
