To the Joyce Family, My toughts and prayers are with you. Rick, my mentor, you had a profound impact in my development. You watched over me and guided me when I was just a plebe. You helped mold me into the Officer I am today. I owe a portion of who I am and the kind of leader I've developed into to you. Thank you for all that you did, you will be missed.
