| My deepest sympathies go out to Todd's family and loved ones. I met him when he came to New Orleans in 1999 for the Tulane vs. Army game. His smile was ever-present, and his grin was even brighter when he would talk about California and In-n-Out burgers. He had such a great sense of humor, and he was a wonderfully gifted storyteller. I always enjoyed seeing him each time I went to West Point. I know that bright and infectious smile will be deeply missed by many. |
