To the parents, siblings, and young wife of Todd Bryant, I do not know you but we are drawn together by the West Point family, by our roles as parents and siblings, by our role as a wife. My prayers of sympathy go out to you. You have lost a son and husband and brother. By the very fact that he was a West Point graduate I have a good idea of the kind of person he was and will remain in your hearts. He is the kind of person this nation was founded on: brave, caring, idealistic and believing in democracy. Where would we be today without those like Todd? |
