Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Tricia LeRoux Birdsell on November 14, 2003:

Todd is the best friend a person can have. He was the one to bring a smile to my face whenever I was down, and to make me laugh when times were rough. There were endless nights of eating delivery food from Highland Falls or late night runs to Boodlers while we complained about duties, formations, and classes. Todd was my friend through everything at West Point. Every home football game, every Army/Navy game, tailgate parties, Todd was always there. He was the life of the party and always made people smile. We joked like brother and sister, and he truly was a brother to me. He was always there for me when I needed him, and I will never forget him.

Todd, I know you are there watching over me and all of us from D1. Your picture is taped in my HUMVEE, and I know you will be there with me while I go to Iraq. You were the best friend a person could ever ask for, and I'm so lucky that you were in my life. I will miss you. I love you Todd, and I will never forget you.
