Our thoughts and prayers are with Ben and his family during this time of mourning. We were Plebes together in B1...suffering together in the Legion. I always enjoyed stopping by Ben's room because he was always in a good mood and made everyone laugh. He had a way of putting things into perspective and cracking a joke, just at the right time to ease any tense moments. We had a lot of those in the duty room as Plebes. He kept our spirits up and we all sort of looked up to him because he had a prior service background and always seemed to know a little more than the rest of us. Ben, you will be missed.
