I was deeply saddened to read yesterday's Stars and Stripes Ben's name listed among so many others as being killed in support of the war on terror. I was a Cow with Ben in B1 when he was a Yuk. We had a connection, and became close friends. He actually attended my wedding when we were in flight school together, and gave Heather and I some fishing poles. That was such a Ben gift as he was always full of life. I will miss Ben and his happy nature. Although, I have never met his family or his wife, Maggie, our family's deepest sympathies and prayers are with you. We will miss you Ben. God Rest Your Soul. Be thou at peace.
