Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Jack J. Cicolellol on January 23, 2004:

This was one fine officer and soldier. He was my company commander; Company "A" 187th Airborne Regimental Combat Team, during the Korean War. I remember him very well and I admired him. I was with him when we were hunting guerillas and I remember him when we fought North Korean and Chinese troops at Wonju-Hoengsoeng, South Korea back in February of 1951.The US Army and the regiment had a good man. He cared for his soldiers and he was care loved by his soldiers. He will be missed.
