i met col. cnanco when we became founding ,members of the west point society of the phil. he was already retired a afp chief of engineers, and the head of a big construction firm. his company built the nuclear power plant in bataan, which was never activated due to political opposition. this was one of pres. marcos, pet project. before he retired in the u.s., he was always present during wpsp affairs. may he rest in peace. |
