capt gepte was one of the youngest if not the youngest filipino west pointer to die. he was a victim of japanese atrocity and disregard of the geneva convention.when the japanese executed him for involvement in guerilla activities,we lost a potentially good military officer. let us say a prayer for capt. gepte, who will always be a young 0fficer in the memory of those who loved him. may he reast in peace. |
