Phil was an amazing leader. He was a squadmate and roommate during our Cadet Basic Training. He taught me so much during my first summer. If not for his help and encouragement I may not have made it through that first summer. He kept me strong during it all. The world has lost a great deal with the loss of Phil. My prayers are with Phil and his family. God Bless. |
