Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Jimbo Dunnam on February 25, 2004:

I grew up with Jimmy. He lived in Tampa until the 6th grade. I played soccer with him and he lived in my neighborhood. He was a great friend and teammate. He was such a great athlete. He excelled at soccer, track. basketball, swimming. The kid could do anything and he was the best at each. It's a tribute that I still think of him to this day. Years had past and I contacted his parents in Virginia back in 1997. I got Jimmy's phone # and called him in Germany to catch up and reminisce. I was thinking about him today and I put his name in the search online. When I found out he died serving his country it brought a tear to my eye. He is special enough for me to remember him enough 20 years after he left Tampa, FL to look him up. He will be missed by all he touched. God Bless the Adamouski family!
