I first met Jay about 25 years ago as a fellow lawyer practicing in San Diego. As a Naval Academy graduate I often bantered with Jay about the Army/Navy rivalry and we shared some good laughs (at one or the others expense). I last had occasion to talk to my "WooPoo" friend in October and he was enthusiastic about the prospects for his new law firm.
