Bill was a good friend at West Point. We met after the first scramble in several years. I transferred in to B-3 and shared the room next door to him. Bill taught me how to relax, enjoy life, and not stress over the small things. He took me, John Frost, and Alana Balkam to the Broadway to see stage theater. Had it not been for him I would not have my appreciation for the fine arts that I still carry today. His friendship at the academy is one I still cherish today. Be thou at peace. |
