| I am at work on West Fort Hood and your picture is on my desktop. Everyday i log on i see your face to remind me of my friend and mentor. You were my beast squad leader...my team mate on the track field....and fellow gospel choir singer....i hold every memory of you fondly in my heart. You have no idea how much you have molded me into who i am today. You were my first example of leadership...you were hard on me..but i am truly better for it. I still cant believe youre gone....i cant believe a year has passed. I saw your mom at Elliots wedding a few weeks ago..yes...Elliot got married! We all miss you...deeply. I will never forget you...ever. You are my inspiration everyday i get up and put on my acu's in the morning and do what we do best...protect and serve our country. love you...MJ |
