| John was the ultimate cadet. He faced each day with optimism and seemed to have a clear vision for his future. It is a terrible loss that he did not get to live more of his vision. John held true to the highest of values and could aways be counted on for a totally straight, honest answer to every question. Just as I am certain that John was a leader who his soldiers could always count on to make sound decisions and consider their interests and needs, I am certain his loss is felt deeply by many. Even though I have just now become aware of John's untimely death, I now miss him greatly and mourn his passing. |
