Our son, Eric Duckworth was a roommate and classmate of Hans Kurth and they both graduated in the Class of '95 Hans was a great source of strength to us and to Eric during a time of great stress. Eric sent Hans to us to inform us of all developments. He was wise beyond his years and gave us great faith and comfort. The Long,Gray Line now has another member whose work is done. It is up to the rest of us to continue it. May you rest upon knowing you are associated with those who were in the arena and not associated with those sad and lonely souls who never know victory or defeat. In the words of an unknown poet: I may not have wealth, I may not be great, But I know I shall always be true, For I have in my life that courage you gave When once I touched shoulders with you.
