I have been thinking a lot about Doug recently. My memory of Doug, his infectious positive attitude, his absolute friendship, his concern for others continues to be an inspiration to me as I continue my career. It is clear from the many eulogies of Doug that I am not alone in this thought. I have never met anyone more deserving and capable of achieving great things in life. I am certain that his inspirational memory lives on in so many that his passing, though painful and difficult to understand, has given life to the many wonderful accomplishments of those who knew Doug so well. Doug will always be my hero. |
