Be Thou At Peace
Posted by Melissa Parrish on April 15, 2004:
Bruce gave life 110% and did it all with a big grin and a joke. She could inspire anyone with the way she played and how hard she worked, and in the next minute she could make us all laugh with her witty comments and funny ideas. I still remember one random thing: while everyone else on the softball team wrote their name or jersey number on their socks to identify them, she couldn't just do the norm. No one could pull off socks with "WE BUILT THIS CITY" scribbled on them in big block letters like The Boss- there wasn't any question whether they were hers.
I also think anyone who was in Erin's yearling CQC class has more than a few priceless memories of her...! She was too much- one of those people who you couldn't help but laugh with even on your worst day.
To Erin's family- Erin brought happiness to so many people, and she meant a lot to all of us. Bruce- the SLAW crew misses you like crazy...you know you will always be a huge part of us.
