Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Ryan Renken on April 15, 2004:

Erin (Bruce/CdtTutone), thank you for being part of our Firstie CS project (Me, You, Julie, Lucas, and Alexis). Without your help, we would have never been prepared to admister CPR in the event "The Good Dr." went down. Thanks to your leadership, we clearly established that Julie would be the one for that task, since she had missed that meeting. =]

We were all wrapped up in getting something done, and your humor brought smiles, put the group at ease, and made us realize that working or not was not the point of the project. I think you made us all ask ourselves after one of the group trips: why was the guy with the sleeping disorder driving us to and from NYC? To this day, I cannot ask myself or answer myself that question with a straight face.

Thank you, Erin. Even now, when I get into a pointless meeting or crazy project, I try and think of something totally unrelated to the issue at hand. You had that ability to say what everyone was thinking. "Was it just me or did he give you the creaps?" or "You know his fly was down." or "Did you see that booger?"

I will always remember you with a smile on your face. Thanks for pointing out the funnyside in life. I know your smiling at us now.
