Jay, For all my personal trepidation when faced with a rising tidal wave, any personal writings consummated on your life have remained a private offering. I too miss your presence and sense with each passing day the imprint your demeanor and brotherhood left on my life, and though time continues to tick and tock, something is constant, sure and still when I look up to heaven and see you starring down, smiling, confident. I cut a path in life diverging from your own, though with each step do I find curious questions alluding to what maybe you too would have asked were the questions offered you in life. Time is ever so precious, and though sad I remain at what time was lost when you left earth, an eternity remains about which we may live, breath, and again know one another. Your brother, Joe |
