We didn't always get along...we weren't the best of friends...and yet I was able to learn so much from you. Your straight forwardness, your passion for learning, your ability to excel on the track, and the way you cared about those closest to you are things I will always respect and remember. You are truly not forgotten down here. I know you're in a better place. Also, if you can find it in your heart to forgive me for what happened the last time I saw you alive...maybe I too could be in a better place/have peace of mind. All I can do is pray and hope that you do. For all our clashes and what now seems to be petty differences, I still love you and hope you loved me a little too. |
