Although Dad passed away on February 28, 2006 I find myself thinking of him, like I do every day. I miss his calls, talking to him, hugging him, asking him difficult questions only he could answer. I miss not being able to practice law with him, the profession he loved. Yes, I miss Dad. But I remember him for what he was: a great human being, a hard working man, honest person, great lawyer, a proud West Pointer to his death,and above all a great husband, father and grandfather. I miss him, but I also enjoy our memories together. |
