Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Barbara Nazworth on April 29, 2009:

I was Jays mother-in-law. The day I met this good looking young man we had an immediate bond, we both loved my daughter Jen and we both loved electronics, movies, etc. He had a great big smile and had a warm charming way about him. I knew immediately why my daughter had fallen in love with him and why they were soul mates. They both exuded many of the same great qualities; honesty, integrity, perseverance, athleticism, intelligence, kindness and mastery in everything they touched.

Jay, it has been 4 years since you left us and the memory of hearing the news that fateful morning is still written painfully on my heart. My joy comes everyday in watching how Jen continues to honor your memory everyday. She continues to try to move on with her life with courage, dignity and love. Your three beautiful children; Adeline, Ralph and Warren are growing up strong. I pray everyday that you are seeing how they have grown in both mind and body and when they accomplish their goals throughout their life. They are so wonderful and loving and you are written on their hearts, they will never forget you! Thank you Jay...It was an honor to have been your mother-in-law....Thank you Jay for you brought so much wonderful into my life. You are my hero, Rest in Peace Brave Soldier! Barbara
