Bill Henderson was my Grandad. He was the single motivating force that drove me to attend The U.S. Military Academy at West Point in my own right, and graduate in 1995. He was a quiet professional and highly intelligent. He loved me, my siblings and my Mom. He did his very best to take care of his family and always had time for a joke, or just to listen . A natural teacher and leader, Bill always led by example and sought to inspire those around him to always do better. I am proud of my Grandad and will never forget him. He continues to inspire me and challenge me to be the best officer that I can be. God bless you and be with you. You are missed. Love Your Grandson, Dave |
