I had the privilege of serving as LTG Starling's aide-de-camp when he was the commander of MTMCEA. He was a pleasure to work for. He cared deeply about the people who worked for him. He was tough, but always fair, and he welcomed the views of others. His professionalism and intergrity made him a terrific role model. Mary and their family are in our thoughts. |
