| Zane was my roommate for a semester cow year when we were on BDE staff together. I can't even begin to describe what a good dude Zane was. He was always there to help with my school work no matter what. I remember many nights when I would put work off until the night before and even though he was done and could have gone to sleep he would stay up until the very early morning with me helping me and making sure I understood everything. He truly knew what it was to be a selfless person and I have no doubt that he served the army with the same. Zane you have taught and reminded me to always put others before myself. Your friendship, dedication, and loyalty has made me a better person. You will be greatly missed and I know that you're in a better place now watching over all of us who need that extra help to make it through the day. I am forever grateful for your service and friendship. Be thou at peace, my brother... |
