| To hear of the death of a friend, someone you grew up with as West Point plebe-year roommates, is such an incredible shock. Zane was one of the most steady people I knew at the Academy. He was always happy, but always worked hard, even if he did sleep through his alarm on occasion. I was never able to meet his wife and child, but I offer my most sincere condolences to them. Zane will be truly missed by all that knew him and by all that he touched with his leadership. |
