To the Houghton Family, I am deeply saddened to learn of your loss. I have not had the pleasure to have personally known Andrew, but I feel we are kindred spirits, especially since I now have a son who has begun his journey through West Point. Be comforted in knowing that it is because of soldiers like Andrew who are willing to sacrifice all if necessary that we are able to enjoy the freedom of this great country. For surely, if there were none who would serve, we would crumble and fall. I thank God for your son and pray for His comfort to envelop your family. Be assured that God loves Andrew and has brought him home to Heaven to eternal peace. We will continue to pray for your family; we know your loss and burden are great.
