What a loss of a great friend and wonderful person! We will always remember that Joe always had a smile on his face and a sincere, willing open hand to help others, particularly his JAG friends. We really got to know Joe when we were with them (he and Trish and Barb) at TJAGSA in Admin. & Civil Law and at HQ, U.S. Army Europe when he was Chief of Claims. We also will never forget him on the golf course - competitive, but fun and funny in a way only Joe could make everything when he was around. He always lived life to its fullest and brought joy and happiness to others wherever he was. Fondest memories and deepest sympathy to Barb and his family. Bill & June Jones |
