To the Houghton Family, Words cannot express the sorrow I feel at the news of Andy's passing. For two years I had the undeniable pleasure of knowing your son's wit, character, and determination as a member of the Combat Weapons Team at West Point. Andy epitomized every trait we sought when accepting members to the team and, not once, did he ever give reason that we were wrong. Men like Andy are a rarity in this world. Please know that you gave all of us a precious gift by sharing Andy with the military. His sacrifice is not in vain and will not be forgotten. Andy, brother you were one of a kind. Save me a spot on the range. Walk tall my friend. Todd |
