Be Thou At Peace

| From New Cadet Barracks, July 1967, until his death, Jeff Jones was the man and soldier I emulated. A regimental commander as a cadet, he went on to pioneer psychological operations in combat. Throughout it all, he never accepted a lesser standard. A gentle man in the true sense, he had a quiet strength that was powerful when you were in his presence. He lived a life examined and in the end was with those that he loved. We all should be so fortunate. |
