I first met COL Jeff Jones as the Defense Attache in Paris in 1998. Jeff was my senior rater and boss as I was the West Point Exchange Officer to the French. He was a leader, mentor and gentlemen. Now these many years later I am sitting in Paris as an attache when I learn of his death. I hope to be half the leader and gentleman Jeff Jones was. "WELL DONE, be thou at peace" Michael S.
