I only knew Phil for a semester when I exchanged to West Point and we jumped together but in that short time he shared his heart with me and allowed me to share mine. I remember one late night in particular when I was going through a hard time and he did not condemn me but encouraged me by sharing from the depth of his own experience and struggles. Phil, thank you. I know that the next time we meet there will be no more separation but only eternity together with Jesus. I look forward to that day. |
