Those of us who had the great fortune of personally knowing Miller will always remember him for being a kind, generous and pleasantly cheerful man while every one of us who is familiar with his military career will understand the eternal debt of gratitude we all owe him for his many years of unselfish service to our country and to its allies. My deepest sympathy to the Perry family and to all of Miller's friends in their loss. |
