| Alan was a man of worth -- kind and generous. He became a friend as we worked together at USAA and I so appreciated getting to know him as a person and not just as a retired Army Colonel. He loved his family and that was a connection I found endearing. My heart feels the loss and can't begin to know the loss his family must feel. So my thoughts and prayers are for his family. May they find comfort in the happy memories of their time with him. |
