We were at the top of the hill and were in military housing. We had our first daughter Grace Marie in Wurtzburg in Feb. 1963 One of the hardest snowing winters. We then moved to Bad Neuheim by Frankfrut. Anit Sue joined our fami;y in April 1964. Bill got his Capt bars from his father at Fort Bliss Texas, then came back to Germany to take us Home. Bill was stationed at Ft. Ord in California near my parents. We had our son Wm A.Stricklen IV aat Ft. Ord. Bill was then sent to V. N. That is were our break up started. Bill tried very hard to keep in contact with his children. The four children went to 14 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. He kept the family in his heart and mind all the time. Even to sending a Granddaughter her birthday on Oct 13. She received it after he was gone. Bill was a good person always remembering what was important. He still said "Let me think about it." The classmates know what I speak of. You did Good William you have left quite a legecy . Your family loves you and will miss your communication with the. May you rest in peace.
