Be Thou At Peace
Posted by Anita Nickens on November 10, 2010:
Man, I really don't know where to start with this so i'll just speak from the heart. I remember my mom calling me and telling me to sit down b/c she had some bad news and that you where gone. I dropped the phone, regained my composure and let her tell me what happened. I JUST saw you 2 weeks prior and we all where swimming in Genese's neighbors' pool having a ball! Making jokes and doing water bombs. I couldn't imagine you leaving us so soon! Knowing you from church and knowing that you knew God brought comfort to me b/c I knew he would take good care of you. I miss you Ant... not a year goes by that I don't think about you and the amazing friendship you gave me. I'm just now able to bring myself to write something and this won't be the last. You are a angel watching over us and I'm sure you're doing a wonderful job. Save a seat for me and give hugs to those I've lost over the years. Love, Nita
