Mary and Family. "Buck" has been a dear friend since we played football against each other in high school and were teammates for three years at West Point. He was always there for me and when I needed help on a tackle or help in "juice" I could count on him. Being in your wedding and you being in mine strengthened the bond of brotherhood. I shall always remember arriving in Cu Chi in 1967 and being grabbed in a bear hug by him as I got off the truck. I will cherish the memories we had together as our families grew and we stayed close on trips to Garmish and the Rock Mountains. Peter was a loyal and treasured friend to all who knew him and brought tremedous credit to West Point. His grandchildren will continue that legacy as West Point Graduates. I will always miss him and love him as a brother. |
