Jack was my roommate for four years at West Point. He was a wonderful guy to live with. He had a sense of humor and was a free spirit not be dominated by the West Point system. Years ago I had an anaurism (sp?) and Jack called me to let me know of a new procedure to operate on the problem. I checked with my doctor and decided to work with the Cleveland Clinic to have surgery. It worked out very well and I thank Jack for the information he provided. I enjoyed seeing Jack and Marie at the many reunions our class had at the academy. I know of the fantastic talent Jack had with art. The museum he provided the murels for was a fine contribution to the history of his area in California. He also provided picturesque sketches for all of the members of the 1948 for their yearbook.
