| Nate Dalley was a great friend, and he is missed. Nearly a year since his death, I am writing to my classmates and Nate's friends who could not attend his funeral in Salt lake City last year. CPT Colin Donlin and I attended the wake and funeral. It was an emotional week, but he was truly honored by the community. Nate was remembered in a very emotional service at his church, and honored by a police processional through the center of the city that included over one mile of police cars from all over the State. It was amazing. He was laid to rest in a mountainside cemetery, close to the American flag, and given full military honors. Nate is survived by a wonderfully kind family. |
