Chris Johnson and I became close friends Firstie year, as I served as his Executive Officer for the Scout Master's Camporee. I was always impressed with his leadership skills, professionalism, and decisiveness. People gravitated to Chris, and he brought out the best in them. As a strong Christian Soldier, Chris Johnson embodied the very essence of the Scout Oath: "On my honor I will do my best, to do my duty to God and my country."
