Paula and I had the pleasure of knowing Walt and Joan at Texas A&M. We had the privilege of being friends. In spite of our struggles with concrete mixtures, I-beam design and sewage plant odors, Walt always had a positive attitude and a smile on his face. Sadly, we lost track after A&M as we both went our separate ways. Our heart goes out to Joan and the family. Our life was richer by knowing Walt and Joan. Be thou at peace...~jackC '55 |
